INCURRING DEBT/SELLING PROPERTY
The Trustees office can approve requests to incur debt that fall within the guidelines stated on the Debtor’s Request to Incur Debt form, link below. Requests should only be for reasonable and necessary expenses. Requests for the purchase or refinancing of a home requires Court approval and you will need to contact your attorney.
